It's the routine we're taking now since there is no provision in the new background rules indicating going back.

We are only doing them for people who have not had them done in the past 5 years.  Then we will be tracking to make sure everyone has one 5 years from their last background check date.  The guidelines say this has to be implemented by Dec. 2014.
