Yes, we are doing new background checks on everyone.  I have been doing that all day, all week!  We are running the background check, having them sign the new form including all the disqualifying charges, and running them through all of the existing registries again as well as the new one and filing it in the personnel file.   I have an assembly line going!!  LOL
