1. The IT staff at JFS have been primarily working on MITS
implementation, which has slowed down the ICF rate setting process.
2. MITS testing has gone well and few problems are anticipated. However,
JFS has contingency plans in place to insure timely payment if there are
problems.
3. If you have not registered on-line for access to MITS - do so now to
gain access to the portal.
4. Problems/concerns with claims will be handled via the MITS Provider
Help Desk only. 1-800-686-1516
