The NMT workgroup and OPRA worked very hard in coming together on this proposal, and we often had to come back to our basic principles of developing a proposal
that offers flexibility in transportation, supports people using wheelchairs, and promotes community integration and community employment.

I'd like to share with everyone to really plug your numbers into this, both NMT and HPC... I had our team write down all the community inclusion miles during dayhab for a month to give us an average of what we could gain on that side too.
If you are doing HPC transportation, remember to calculate the increase you could get in that model to the net gain overall.
We are coming out ahead in this new potential model.
Further, in looking at this, we could finally look at some alternative ways to get people in sedans and minivans if this goes through, which will lower our costs even further.
There may be some sticker shock when you first look at this, but when you plug your figures in on this, you might be surprised.
