Per the meeting today, attached are the draft licensure rules. If you could you look at one or two of these and get feedback to me by Friday at 10:00 (at the latest), it would be appreciated. I especially need feedback on the 06 rule: Compliance Reviews, Issuance of Licenses, Adverse Actions.

I will be compiling comments and submitting them to DODD Friday morning. Thanks to the attendees at today’s meeting who volunteered to review. Your feedback is critical in this process.

The draft rules for licensed residential facilities and the draft Personal Funds of the Individual rule are attached for your review.  Revisions made after our meeting on February 11 are tracked via underline and strikethrough.  We plan to disseminate the rules for clearance by the end of April, so please email your comments and suggestions to me by Friday, April 24.
