Gary – I am wondering if anyone has ever also tried to calculate the replacement costs of when an employee uses PTO? This seems to be the other big hit for us on overtime – staff vacancies being the biggest.

It would be nice if life was that simple. If everyone would like to set up a conference call I can go over it, if not, will need to wait until the next policy meeting.

I’m totally lost…. Is there going to be something like…. (I have 10 employees and they were making $10.00/hr and are now making $13.00/hr)?

I went through the questions on the NCI staff stability survey due 5/31/19. As the questions are presented, DODD will not be able to directly compare to the “Hourly Compensation (wages + ERE). My plan is to “reference” questions within
the survey that will need to be input into an excel worksheet in order to do this “apples to apples” comparison, taking into account cost of business categories for each provider.
