JOIN US! CMS HCBS Definition of Community Information Session

What
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services recently issued the final rule on Home and Community Based Services that includes the definition of community.  This rule will impact the manner in which waiver services are provided. OPRA anticipates that these changes at the federal level will result in significant revisions to current Ohio rules relative to provider roles and responsibilities in HCBS. An understanding of the federal laws is necessary for meaningful participation in the Ohio rule revision and implementation process. Please join us for an interactive session with Suzanne Scrutton of the Vorys Law Firm and Maureen Corcoran of Vorys Health Care Advisors for an overview of the CMS rule and a Q&A session. We need your input and feedback so that we can prepare questions for submission to CMS on behalf of the OPRA membership.
