Great coming together and advocacy on common ground.
The questions to be answered moving forward:
1) Where do we go from here? What’s the next steps?
2) Increasing wages brings a higher level of expectations from folks receiving services and their family members and guardians. Is the system prepared for this and ready? Will the minimum standards be raised? Will we all strongly advocate for higher standards? Can we find common ground on higher standards?
