To help answer your question yes you can use State Nursing to help with daily care from a aide or a nurse for medication administration. It does not effect the waiver.

Hello,
I had a question from an area County Board that I could not answer and
was hoping someone could. Have you, or can you, use State Plan services
in a licensed waiver setting where you have 24/7 coverage?
Thank you in advance for your replies.
