1. This is a big deal for our folks who had a injury and are in Rehab.  As you know our folks tend to rehab slowly.

2.  How can these things get put in without any feedback from provider, CB or consumer advocacy groups?

*         Elimination of 9401's and 02399's

*         Mandate for qualified income trusts for individuals with income in excess of $2199 a month

*         Individuals with PLOM (potential loss of Medicaid) status to be disenrolled

*         Pending waiver applications are being cancelled

*         No processing of discharge/transfer/disenrollment requests until after 8/12

*         No suspensions of waivers for individuals in short term ICF or nursing facility placements. Disenrollment after 90 days

We are extremely concerned about both the content and timing of this communication. Please let us know how this will impact your agency and those you serve.
