I have tried a few times.  I even called them and they gave me exactly what to enter.  I entered it and it was still denied.

We are trying to enroll on Rapback but are having difficulty. I filled out an enrolment form and submitted but it says our application has been denied participation. They say our Medicaid Number does not match the Medicaid Provider Number on file with the Dept. of Medicaid. The number I submitted was correct. Anyone else having issues?
