Does this thread only have to do with licensed homes and ICF/IIDs?

Is this something DODD provider compliance would cite or not?

Ours have reason code 3721 121 - "Home or Adult Day Care Program (nursing home, residential care facility, home for the aging, veteran's home)".  Here's a link to the Ohio Attorney General's website listing reason codes:

I do not even see the one you are referring to.  When completing the BCII & FBI forms, we always list (for employment in a residential care facility for developmentally disabled).  I wonder if we should cite a reason code instead?

Has anyone encountered this citation or have any information pertaining to this particular requirement that I may have missed last year.
