Thanks for the information. I was told in February by Provider Support that they were going to start processing adjustments in April, but I have not seen any yet. I have adjustments both in the old system and recent ones - none have been paid out (or reclaimed). Kristi Cole Finance Director SiffrinInc. Our adjustments (since Oct, when Medicaid started up their new system) have been processed by the State (meaning we received reports saying they were accepted and adjusted), but not paid out. We have a significant amount of funds due us on account of these adjustments. We have contacted the State and Medicaid directly. The State initially told us that adjustment claims "couldn't be processed through the new Medicaid portal at this time". That was late February. After much pain and suffering (going through 6 people over a collective 2.5 hrs) we were able to talk to a person in the Medicaid Claims Adjustment department who told us that they *were* processing adjustment claims and that neither she nor her supervisor were aware of any issues in being able to process claim adjustments. That was early March. When we passed this info onto our state contact (also early March), they adjusted their earlier messaging to say that there was a *significant backlog* for adjustments being processed due to the fact that this must now be *manually* entered, and that they were "working with Medicaid" to address. The last time we asked for an update (early April) our contact from the State told us that that they "couldn't tell us anything further" and to "look for updates on the DODD portal".
