I developed a Waiver Training. It contains a PowerPoint and a test. The training lasts about 30-40 mins depending on questions. It is very dry. I couldn't figure out how to make it more palatable. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Subject: Provider compliance
We recently had a provider review conducted by Office of Provider Standards
& Review. The only citation received was for not providing an "overview of
waiver service". A lot of our training we touch on the different waiver
services, but since we did not list this specific topic on our training
forms, we received a citation. Anyone else ever receive a citation for this?
If, not how do you cover this topic with new staff?
