We had a similar event in that one of the consumers had a pet cat. The cat would wonder next door and climb the screen trying to get to a pet bird inside the neighbor's home. The cat ripped the screen. We recd the compliant.
The remedy: we fixed the screen, de-clawed the cat and the neighbor came to work for us and the bird survived.
