We have a few Members looking for some sample policies/procedures.

"We are working on updating our volunteer policy and I was wondering if anyone on the list serve would like to share their policies/procedures"

And

"I was looking for a questionnaire or satisfaction survey to ask families about the services their child/loved one receives. Hoping for a way to see what ideas families may have ideas to help our agency be what they want for their loved ones or areas we can improve."
