We are happy to announce the Ohio’s Residential Waiver Providers will benefit from an Appendix K fiscal relief package, please see the attached link that provides further detail.  As you know we have been talking about our advocacy for Appendix K fiscal relief for providers since the beginning of the global pandemic and we are very pleased that The Governor, DODD and ODM are submitting another Appendix K package that includes fiscal relief.

The advocacy has been a process and journey with many moving parts and partners.  It is a true team effort which includes all of you.  We would like to thank County Boards for their contribution to the match and OACB for their partnership.  We would also like to recognize The Success Group, Mike Toman and Anthony Aquillo with for their guidance.

This advocacy journey does not stop here.  As the global pandemic continues to surge we will continue to advocate for the all of our members for fiscal relief and system reform.  We will continue advocate on your behalf at the State and Federal level to ensure lawmakers and state agencies understand the pressures you are under to keep people healthy and safe and to keep your organizations in operation.
