I’ve been thinking of all of you and reflecting on these past 6 months and I just want to say how proud I am to be part of a great group of professionals and leaders.  Like many of you, running a social service business in the middle of a global pandemic was something I never thought I would have to add to my resume’.

To me, this video below, kind of represents what it’s like running a social service business during a global pandemic.  We have to be ready to assist, re-supply our dedicated staff even as the services are happening and ever-changing.  And hopefully our system support partners will continue to show up from time to time with a new wheel to get us straight again.

It is apparent now and into the near future, we don’t have the luxury to stop, assess, debate and wait.  Our preverbal “car” is always moving forward, waiting for re-supply.
