Thanks Pete! This is our newest committee folks, so if you do waiver services, this is the committee you want to jump on!

OPRA committees such as this one, Explore, Discuss, Create and Recommend. As always this is open to ALL OPRA members but if you are a waiver Program Director who is deep into the trenches of waiver rules and practices every day, then you are the folks that will love this committee.

Possible topics:

What is the benefit of being licensed anymore?
What does effective communication look like between providers and county boards around planning, CPT and MRC?
What’s the value of a provider doing its own internal MUI investigation and what is the best way to communicate with the county board during a long prolonged investigation?

OMG I could go on and on….but WE need to hear from YOU!

Come join us as we debate the waiver issues of today and the future and perhaps WE can make some sound policy recommendations to the OPRA Policy Committee that could lead to an official OPRA position!

OPRA is only as good as the participation of its members….step up, dive in and be heard!

Jamie
