We have had grief counselors through our EAP come to the site to meet with staff together or individually. We also built a rose garden at the home with cement plaques and roses selected in honor of the individuals. A little ceremony followed.

We are looking for other options for employees that are grieving for individuals passing. We offer hospice grief counseling but does anyone have ideas beyond that ?
