> Good morning. As a follow up to the training last week at Xenos I wanted to reiterate the importance of a mutually agreed upon transition from DRA to the new MRC between providers and counties.  We have a year to convert and some  providers have reported they need time to train their staff on the MBU and  to make adjustments in their billing systems.   The training sponsored by OACB and OPRA emphasized the importance of working together on a start date during the process as both sides need to work together in good faith. Enhanced communication on the front end in projections and trust are critical to the new system.
