The County Board Association reached out on this this afternoon. County Boards have been experiencing delays as well and have been working with DODD to rectify the problems, however they persist. They wanted
us to let you know that this is unfortunately slowing down payment authorizations. We will do what we can on our end to get this resolved.

Subject: Issues with MSS and DRA
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with MSS and the DRA that is putting you in that “bah humbug” mood?
Since Friday of last week it has been nearly impossible to access the systems and input actuals in the DRA and generate files. Up until today, all I would get when logging in were “timeout” error messages on anything I tried to do. I
just spent 20 minutes to input one single DRA site for two weeks of hours.
Any pressure that OPRA could put on DODD to once and for all resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated. The constant “updates” that the department has been performing weekly seems to just be making things worse. I honestly no
longer believe the department recognizes the time burden this is placing on providers who would simply like to be paid for the services they have already delivered. I have found that if you send an email to
itscallcenter@dodd.ohio.gov you only get a generic “auto” response with no follow up if your problem has been corrected.
Sorry for my venting, Ebenezer Scrooge will now move onto something else to finish out today…..
