With the names and Medicaid #s of each individual at issue. REMEMBER, they must have an active LOC in place. She will work to correct.

Yes living Opportunities had two issues.

It’s due to codes 1046 and 1047 in the mitts portal. LOC system and Mitts systems are not communicating correctly?
