Thank you to everyone who attended our conference last week. We are currently reviewing the evaluations and taking your feedback into consideration as we start to plan for the spring. If you have not had a chance to respond to
a survey or have general feedback on the conference, please let us know!

Nursing Committee is scheduled to meet next Thursday and we have a full agenda. Any one is welcome to the Nursing Committee, you do not have to be a nurse.

We will be switching the conference call line next week so please be aware this line will not work next Friday.

We are ramping up our state budget ask and are going to need all of your support! Please stay tuned into our coming communications about how you, your staff, the individuals you support and their families can get involved.

There is a big group of DODD rules that is out scheduled for a public hearing (find the list
here). We are working on some feedback to DODD regarding some of the proposed changes but need your input. If you have questions about any of the rules or have feedback please reach
out to Jeff or Christine. The rules include the major unusual incidents (MUI) rule, the remote supports and assistive technology rules, and the daily billing rule.

We will be hosting a post-election webinar next week. Please watch your email for call-in information.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in person or remotely for any of the Day Services and Employment Services Committees yesterday. Materials will be on Basecamp shortly.

We are also soliciting provider’s explanation of their support for the proposed non-medical transportation (NMT) rule changes. We are asking providers who support the changes to send Jeff a brief, informal explanation about why
they support the proposal.

We have previously sent out information regarding a nationwide call hosted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This call is scheduled for next week and we strongly encourage you to join the call. If you do
not have the information please let me (Christine) know.
