Subject: Updates to the Timeline for Phase 2 of the EVV Project
Good afternoon.
ODM and its partners are committed to ensuring sufficient time to development, test, outreach and training is important to a smooth implement of Phase 2 of the EVV project. For this reason, ODM and Sandata have agreed to move the date
for mandatory use of EVV for Phase 2 services from May 6, 2019 to August 5, 2019. The timeline is currently being updated and additional information around the impact on key project dates will be shared as it becomes available. The attached notice is being
sent to Phase 1 and Phase 2 providers through email.
Please note that this change to Phase 2 has no impact on provider responsibilities related to EVV for Phase 1 services. Providers must document all visits for Phase 1 services in EVV.
The attached message is being sent to all Phase 1 and Phase 2 providers. Please share the information as appropriate.
