The OPRA ProviderGuidePlus Workgroup is pleased to provide OPRA members the following two resources to help you in making the most of this valuable on-line tool:

"Shining a Spotlight on Your Agency Through Online Reviews" is a comprehensive guide that offers how-to's and tips on setting up your agency profile, along with suggestions on how to respond to on-line reviews.

Also attached is a 4"x6" 2-sided postcard that you can print and give to individuals and/or their families when asking them to provide on-line reviews of your agency.  At the request of members, this postcard includes instructions on how potential reviewers can create an account on the ProviderGuidePlus site.
