Hey All! 

I was sent an image in an email to all of our staff yesterday, and I happened to think of our one staff member who is blind... She couldn't read that image... So, I put a description of the image below the picture. She replied back to the content and added some other thoughts today... 

It made me think that I have probably been leaving her out unintentionally to the content that I share on Social Media and emails... Remember to put descriptions of images if you share them if you have any blind or low vision staff who work at your agency :)

I shared it with our marketing team, and they are going to try to stick to them :)
