Are you prepared for an emergency evacuation?

The attached checklist is compliments of MyHIPAA Guide.  

The checklist is adapted from a presentation at the Association of Professional Developmental Disabilities Administrators on April 23, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. Presenters included emergency response leaders who successfully evacuated residents of state-supported living centers in Texas during Hurricane Harvey.  

Keep in mind, emergency preparedness includes protection of private health information -- and a whole lot more.
