Attached please find an RFP issued by DODD for a grant designed to support children in residential settings, 10 to 17 years of age, who cannot return to their homes. The grant is targeted to youths who have been admitted to  a developmental center or who are at risk of being admitted to a developmental center. Proposals are due July 20^th.
