ProviderGuide Plus, the new provider information and selection website, will be rolled out statewide on Monday, May 14th.  A toolkit with information on ProviderGuide Plus and links to other resources  is attached.  Also, two templates for communication with individuals/families are also attached.  One is a sample postcard (one and two sided) and a letter to individuals/families from a provider and a county board - so you can see what might be sent from your county board(s).

As mentioned a few times on our OPRA member only Friday calls, we are convening a small work group to help providers leverage ProviderGuide Plus.  This work group will develop recommendations and resources for OPRA members to:  position their agency in the best light; best communicate the value of their agency; respond appropriately and legally to negative reviews; improve their communication and relationships with individuals/families.  If you are interested in participating on this work group, please contact me directly at mdavis@opra.org.
