The Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation plans to recommend to their board of directors on May 24th, a total of $1.5 billion in rebates to employers.  BWC is crediting strong investment returns for the good news.  If the BWC board approves the rebates, employers should have their money by July or August of this year.
