Attached you will find revisions to the Agency Compliance Review Tools as well as a Quick View of the Changes from the Department. Changes to Tools are highlighted in yellow.  The Quick View gives you an overview of which sections of the compliance tool has changed. I have added additional information on the Agency Tool changes in red that may assist you. The Department is planning for an April 1, 2018 effective date.
