Hello Everyone!

If you are interested in any post-secondary options for people with disabilities, this would be a great event. I am going to be there on the first day, so if you are coming, give me a heads up :)

Have a great weekend!

Greetings!

We are glad to inform you of an upcoming conference featuring the Ohio Statewide Consortium Postsecondary Programs for Students with ID at the THINK COLLEGE Track Presentations! The Multiple Perspectives Conference provides an opportunity for students, parents and professionals to explore the intersection of disability and inclusive communities, a conversation including many voices and reflecting perspectives gained through experience and research; theory and practice; and the arts and sciences.

Be sure to make time for the Student Poster Reception, April 17th at 5pm. It’s an annual reception which encourages students to network with professionals and scholars who share their interests in disabilities. Research topics include: Fitness & Exercise, Apartment Living, Campus Safety, Drugs & Alcohol, Conflict Management, and Student life in Postsecondary Settings.  Featured students from Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, Marietta College, University of Toledo, Youngstown State University, Kent State University and Columbus State Community College.
