As I’ve mentioned on our Friday morning calls, the draft guiding principles for Ohio’s waiver reimbursement system reform are attached.  The statewide workgroup of providers, county boards, families, self advocates and DODD plan to use these principles to guide our recommendations for this reform.  Please keep in mind that these are very high-level principles and the real work will be developing a recommended system that is in line with these principles.
