CONFERENCE THEME

As states continue to rebalance systems to support home and community based services they do so while facing fiscal challenges, changing organizational structure in the state I/DD system, and provider workforce shortages. This requires a need to focus on building capacity at all levels of system.

The conference will provide opportunities to:

Learn from state colleagues about state initiatives on a myriad of topics that help to improve the delivery of supports for persons with developmental disabilities.
Hear from providers about their perspectives on what capacity-building efforts need to happen from the ground up.

· Learn about some innovative data driven research based practices to support state efforts.

Learn about other models of system re-design and their impacts on long-term services and supports.

Room Rate. The room rate is $195 / night plus applicable taxes.

Room Block. The deadline for making your reservation at the group rate is Saturday, May 5, 2018 OR when the room block is sold out.

Exhibitor Attending Conference - $495
(must be a registered exhibitor for the conference)

Non-Member - $595

Group Rate - $420 / Per Person
(the Group Rate is for three or more registrations from the same organization / agency submitted together - available to both members and nonmembers. the registration fee is $420 per registrant)

MEMBER One Day - $247.50
(must be an NASDDDS member state I/DD agency employee)

Non-Member One Day - $297.50

Directors Forum One Day - $150
(open only to state I/DD directors, proxy, and/or designated agency staff)

Family Member - $200
(not for use by a state agency or organization for an employee's registration)
