Please join me in wishing OPRA’s own Jeff Davis a very Happy Birthday.  Something I recently came to understand, is that Jeff is constantly working for all of us.  Literally he is always finding ways to have the providers voice at the table.  In honor of his Birthday I didn’t hear one hang-up beep when he started to talk today on the morning call.  Thanks Jeff for all you do for us and Happy Day to you!  Hang-ups will resume next week...
