Or go to  http://dodd.ohio.gov/Training/Pages/default.aspx  and scroll down, then click on ‘view’ for medication administration training.  Then click on ‘medication administration certification training’,  then on right of page, click on ‘CLICK HERE’ to view classes or Certification Verification.  Then select ‘current CV’, then clicking on both ‘RN training session’ and ‘DD personnel training sessions’, will bring up a list of nurses (and class dates)….. hopefully it will get you want you are looking for.

Our pharmacy offers monthly classes for new and recertification for  DODD Medication Administration Certification.  We offer the classes free as a service to our clients.
 
I’m not sending this as an advertisement for clients.  We have recently lost our instructor and I’m looking for nurses that are certified to teach the class. 
 
If anyone can offer referrals of nurses that would like to teach the class, please let me know.  We pay a good rate for the 2 days, and offer the class on the last Thursday and Friday of each month.
 
The end of October is fast approaching, so any help or referrals anyone can offer to help us continue offering this service would be greatly appreciated.
