And I still have doubts about providing the correct / certified / additional (?) Orientation and ongoing training required for staff who work in Adult Day Array / (Employment Services). 
One of the follow-ups expected to come from the webinar held a few weeks ago about the progress of Employment First was to make a definitive list of the staff training requirements available to attendees. We know all about the initial all new hire... 8 Hour Orientation. But there are rumors of additional orientation and ongoing training required for adult services. How are the criteria different?
