So, let me be clear:

As a Provider of a Group Home, we will be reviewed by the new OPSR Provider Compliance Review tool (DODD form 0004 effective 7/1/2017), correct?

The 5/1/2017 revision has shading of the new components and is 71 pages long. However, the actual tool (effective 7/1/2017) is “just” 68 pages long. Is this correct?\

This is a reminder that the new OPSR/DODD compliance review tool includes items around compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule (see attachment, shaded wording is new).

Beginning October 1, 2017, DODD/OPSR plans to begin issuing citations to providers who are not in compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule.
