Stacy Collins will be presenting on the resources DODD is creating to further assist providers to come

This is a reminder that the new OPSR/DODD compliance review tool includes items around compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule (see attachment, shaded wording is new).
Beginning October 1, 2017, DODD/OPSR plans to begin issuing citations to providers who are not in compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule. To read the original communication from DODD concerning the changes to
