  • The 5/1/2017 revision has shading of the new components and is 71 pages long.   However, the actual tool (effective 7/1/2017) is “just” 68 pages long.   Is this correct?\

Dear OPRA Members,

This is a reminder that the new OPSR/DODD compliance review tool includes items around compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule (see attachment, shaded wording is new).
