This 1-hour training will review the MUI Rule, reporting requirements and frequently asked questions. This training will satisfy the annual MUI and Rights training requirement for independent providers and agency employees.  One hour of Continuing Professional Development credit may be provided to those who successfully complete this webinar.

Rights and Resources for Crime Victims with Disabilities

All crime victims have rights to be informed, notified, present, and heard throughout the criminal justice process. This session will focus on those rights and the special rights
afforded to crime victims with disabilities. This session will also demonstrate the use of Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center’s online self-help legal resource – the Crime Victims’ Rights Toolkit – which allows victims to learn about and exercise the rights that apply specifically to them based on their individual circumstances. One hour of Continuing Professional Development credit may be provided to those who successfully complete this webinar.
