Provider Certification

 

As you know Provider Certification through the Department of Developmental Disabilities is currently a front burner issue. DODD is beginning the process of outreach to stakeholders on revising the Provider Certification Wizard (PCW) to make it more user friendly. We very much want to take advantage of this opportunity to make suggestions for revisions that will ultimately reduce the amount of time providers spend on the re-certification and initial certification process.

 

As such on Monday we will set up a mock PCW re-certification application and go through it in some detail to allow members  to highlight questions they have had, difficulties and ultimately suggestions for improvement. We would love to have you join us so that we make the most of this opportunity moving forward.

 

The meeting will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, October 17^th and we will likely spend until at least noon going through PCW.  Even if you haven’t yet begun the re-certification process this effort can prove productive.

 

After that we will provide system updates including workforce and begin conversations about next year’s budget. I hope you can join us. Information for remote participation is below.
