Please INSERT the Table of Contents dated October 1, 2016 in your administrative rules manual or file and REMOVE the previously effective version.  The October 1 version reflects the following rules (disseminated via Transmittal Memorandum 417 on March 1, 2016) that become effective on October 1.  The rules are available at the Department's Rules Under Development webpage (http://dodd.ohio.gov/RulesLaws/Pages/Rules-Under-Development.aspx).  On October 1, the rules will be posted at the Department's Rules In Effect webpage.
