significant changes to the Medicaid eligibility system.

Elimination of 9401’s and 02399’s
·
Mandate for qualified income trusts for individuals with income in excess of $2199 a month
·
Individuals with PLOM (potential loss of Medicaid) status to be disenrolled
·
Pending waiver applications are being cancelled
·
No processing of discharge/transfer/disenrollment requests until after 8/12
·
No suspensions of waivers for individuals in short term ICF or nursing facility placements. Disenrollment after 90 days
