I received notification of where BCII was to send my report, but the Department has not notified me if they are in receipt of the report. I was able to put myself into Rapback so I know BCII has done the check. I am presently on hold with the Provider Certification office to find out if they have the report but fear my time on this earth may be up before they answer!

Towards the end of the application, you’ll get a list of all the needed documentation. That list gives you details on where to get the background check and the code to be used during the back ground check. They also provide DODD’s mailing address so that the finger printing agency can send the results directly to DODD. DODD will not accept a report that is not sent directly from BCI.
