There have been some checks that we’ve done that have just held in the system. We see they have been submitted but there is no indication if results will be a mail or electronically processed. I brought one of these employees fast approaching
60 days back in and did a new set of prints. That set was processed within an hour. Yes, we had to pay for an additional set of prints but I fixed my problem. I would only try this on the prints “hanging” in the system. I risked having another set “hang”
but it was worth the try.
