Here is a fact sheet from Disability Rights Ohio (DRO) on the lawsuit they may plan to file March 31st.  It is focused on people living in ICF’s of 8 beds and more, who want to leave the ICF and for whom there is inadequate support to live in an HCBS/non-ICF setting.  For those who have participated in the weekly OPRA members-only update calls, you are aware of this already and that lawsuits such as these, typically take 5 – 10 years to resolve.

OPRA has had discussions with DRO about their lawsuit and will continue to pass along information as it becomes available.
