Interesting article on the DOL ‘Overtime Rule Changes’.

We are estimating with the changes in what qualifies as managerial vs direct support and the nearly twice the  salary level to be exempt, that combining this with costs increases for ACA, lack of workforce, and now massive expansion of overtime that the total increase in expenses could exceed $750,000 a year in unfunded mandates.
