OPRA’s 2016 Compensation & Benefits Survey

The 2016 Compensation and Benefits Survey is attached. Please review all of the instructions for completion and submission of the survey prior to working on it. Based on member feedback, some modifications have been made to the previous format.

Prior surveys have been well received by our members. The results of the 2016 survey will be used in OPRA’s lobbying and education efforts with legislators and state departments. Issues of salaries/pay rates, turnover and recruitment remain critical, especially in light of Ohio’s downsizing and system re-alignment efforts. Therefore, we encourage all OPRA members to participate in the survey. Participating members will receive a complimentary copy of the final report. The survey due date is February 5th.
