We have our three year surveys/assessments of our two small LICENSED homes (8 bed and a 4 bed) coming up in January.

 

Wondering what recent surveys have shown up for other providers???? 

 

(We do have the list of needed documents and have looked at the New Assessment Tool—the one that is 68 pages long and covers all services).
